YOMP for DEC was a success!

We’re excited to share that the Yomp Mountain Challenge on 14th June was a resounding success—and, thanks to your incredible support, we surpassed our fundraising target, raising an amazing £32,452!

Our team had a brilliant day, and not even a downpour along the way could dampen their spirits!

The funds that were raised will help us to accomplish some very necessary refurbishments at DEC. We’re so grateful to everyone who took part, donated, prayed, and cheered us on. You’ve made a lasting difference—thank you!

Disability Inclusion Training for Teachers

We’re grateful for the recent teacher training workshop on disability inclusion, which equipped teachers with practical strategies to better support learners with disabilities and foster more inclusive classrooms. In a society where disability is too often misunderstood or stigmatised, this workshop was a powerful opportunity to demonstrate that our teachers and staff at DEC lead with compassion, dignity and a deep commitment to valuing every child.
