The Local Transformation Units (LTUs) remain the heartbeat of IcFEM at community level—places where churches, families, and neighbours come together to grow spiritually, strengthen social bonds, and pursue economic transformation. LTUs help communities become active agents of change, not passive recipients.

A long-term goal for IcFEM is to construct Transformation Centres in all nine LTUs. These centres will serve as hubs for fellowship, training, medical clinics, outreach activities, and discipleship. They will also host God’s Store House, where contributions of materials can be collected, sorted, and shared with families in need—ensuring practical support reaches the most vulnerable.

Progress is already visible. Siboti LTU has acquired a plot (below) and is preparing to fence the land and gather building materials.
